Verification requires name, date of birth and ID number matching DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS provider records. Unverified accounts can deposit but face withdrawal limits. Full verification removes caps and unlocks all features.

File a dispute within 7 days of settlement through your account. Our compliance team reviews game logs, bet history and system records. You'll receive a written decision; if unsatisfied, escalate to our appeal board for fresh review.

Player funds are held separately from operational accounts. If pmtoto ceases operations, funds are returned per Indonesian creditor hierarchy. Payment providers (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS) retain your transaction records for verification.
